The Porsche Macan has a unique air intake system that channels air from the front part of the car, into the hood, and ultimately into the air filter(s). This complex system is somewhat closed to the outside environment, and can heat up very quickly even under normal operating conditions. As intake temperatures increase, power can be lost.
The RADHAUS Cold Air Intake (CAI) helps to cool things down by collecting cooler air from the front grille, and forcing it into the OEM intake track. This system introduces a new air source directly in front of the car, which will capture more air when the car is moving. Whether your Macan has one airbox or two, both scoops should be utilized as they work together to force more outside air into the intake track with the objective of lowering IATs, and making power delivery more consistent.
Dyno testing on our 95B.1 Turbo revealed +2WHP to +14WHP and +4ft-lb to + 47ft-lb TQ across a variety of tune files. While improvements were made on the stock tuning, most significant gains were observed when tuned. Of course, the 95B.2 models have different powerplants and tuning. The intake system however, is exactly the same, and are expected to yield similar results.
95B.2 owners using these ducts have reported improved throttle response and acceleration, especially at cruising speeds. Others have noted a modest improvement in fuel economy over time.
High Flow Air Filters are recommended, but not required.

Honestly, I had my doubts when I ordered these but I figured every little bit helps. I can't believe how smooth throttle response has become. It's even more fun to drive my Macan. I don't know about increased power - I don't run a tune - but power delivery through the gears is definitely better. My only complaint is that I scratched my grill slats trying to squeeze the first one through the front as suggested in the YT video so that sucks. The plastic on the inlets is much harder than the grill. Instead I snaked them down through the top by pulling on the bumper a little harder. This will keep you from scratching your grill slats.
